I am currently in my 15th year as a teacher at Riverside Middle School. Prior to this year, I taught 8th grade science and helped start the Riverside STEM Academy in 2015. Our STEM Academy is a personalized, project-based environment that focuses on STEM skills and takes the place of a student's English, science, and social studies classes. I am a proud graduate of Ripon College where I obtained a degree in Biology and Education. Additionally, I have a Masters degree from Walden University in the area of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.
