In this session we will discuss the kind of conditions that enable innovation to flourish. We will discuss the concept of a "split screen" process for change, including how it works and why it is valuable for an innovation agenda at school, district, and state levels. We will then discuss some approaches to leadership at an individual level that participants may find helpful to think about their own role (no matter what their formal position) in advancing change.
