This session will discuss and model innovations in personal learning plans for students and adults. This work is the product of an ongoing teacher-led, ISN Lab school research project. The workshop will begin with an overview of the model, followed by live demonstrations of best practices shared by students. The presenters will then identify dead ends and processes that they found to be common mistakes, followed by solutions and ideas on how to evolve the work. A question and answer time will follow so that participants can leave with a greater understanding of the model and a connection with people who are engaged with the work for future networking.
