Madeleine Sage-EL is a NYC educator who was a part of the founding staff of the Urban Assembly School for Green Careers (UAGC) as a Special Education teacher and now serves as an Assistant Principal. Madeleine is an active participant in the development of the Learning Cultures pedagogical model at UAGC, and specifically works at developing the Keepers of the Culture program and other school-wide discipline and professional development structures at UAGC.
